TURNKEY BESPOKE UAV SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

We develop custom high-performance UAVs for commercial and institutional clients, working with our established global network of component and systems suppliers to provide efficient, agile systems design, integration and test capability. We execute these as turnkey projects within a secure PLM data environment and, on completion, transfer the complete research, development and production data pack to you. That way you have peace of mind that all product development knowledge is captured and secured.

STRUCTURAL SIMULATION AND SYSTEMS MODEL

Our experience in numerical simulation of physical systems enables us to implement the Siemens NX virtual twin simulation tools. These range from basic structural static response to advanced thermal and dynamic response investigations. We use our PLM data management systems to ensure complete forward and backward design synchronization between requirements, design and simulation tasks. We research methods and techniques to extend this to production and operational lifecycles, continuously verifying our designs by testing static loads, cyclic and structural signatures as well as modal, sine and random response shaker tests.
